“BENEDICTION” literally means "bless, wish well" or “good word”. It means a lot to us.

We strive to root plans, teaching, and decisions in God’s “good Word”, the Scripture.

Sharing ‘good words’ has also been a way we’ve encouraged and supported each other through hard times.

A benediction is also the name for the blessing spoken over the congregation at the end of a worship gathering. By taking this as our name, we offer ourselves as an embodied benediction - a community who goes out to live and share God’s blessing in the city and with each other.
